These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website and other digital platforms of Imaginary Rubric, Lda (hereinafter “Imaginary Rubric”, the “Agency” or “we”).
By accessing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the points described here, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Description of Service
Imaginary Rubric is an advertising and communication agency specialised in digital marketing, campaign management, branding, audiovisual production and the development of digital platforms.
Our services may include, among others:
- Creation and management of online advertising campaigns;
- Development of websites, applications and digital content;
- Strategic consulting in marketing and communication;
- Graphic and multimedia design.
Imaginary Rubric is also the entity responsible for the development and technical management of the Clube da Memória project, as well as other digital products created by the agency.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using the website or engaging any service, you declare that you have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable Privacy Policy.
Imaginary Rubric reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page, with an updated date.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, design, logos, trademarks, graphic elements and source code — is the property of Imaginary Rubric, Lda or used with the authorisation of the respective owners.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying or using any content without prior written authorisation from Imaginary Rubric is expressly prohibited.
5. Proposals and Quotes
Quotes and commercial proposals issued by Imaginary Rubric are valid for a limited period, as indicated in the document itself. Acceptance of a quote implies agreement with the commercial conditions and deadlines established.
The agency reserves the right to adjust prices and conditions in response to changes to the project scope requested by the client.
6. Payments and Invoicing
Payments must be made within the deadlines and conditions agreed in each contract, proposal or quote. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in:
- Temporary suspension of services;
- Application of default interest, under the legislation in force;
- Retention of materials, accesses or intellectual property until the situation is regularised.
Ownership of all developed content (design, websites, campaigns, etc.) is only transferred after full payment of the agreed amounts.
7. Liability
Imaginary Rubric undertakes to provide its services with rigour and professionalism. However, it is not responsible for:
- Commercial results, metrics or sales that depend on external factors (market, platforms, user behaviour, etc.);
- Temporary interruptions in access to the website or online services;
- Indirect damages arising from the use of its digital products.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information, images and content provided to the agency for use in campaigns, websites or promotional materials.
8. Confidentiality
All information exchanged between Imaginary Rubric and its clients is treated as confidential and used exclusively to carry out the contracted projects.
9. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data follow Imaginary Rubric’s Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our website or providing personal data, you declare that you have read and accepted that Policy.

Our website may contain links to external pages. Imaginary Rubric is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of those third-party sites.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the District Court of Braga (Tribunal da Comarca de Braga), to the exclusion of any other.
